How to download your Instagram data
- 1On Instagram go to your profile and open “Accounts Center” from the ☰ menu.
- 2Tap “Your information and permissions” → “Export your information” → “Create export”.
- 3Choose your Instagram account and select “Export to device”.
- 4Under “Customize information” tick only “Followers and following” (small file, ready faster).
- 5Set the date range to “All time”, the format to “JSON”, and start the export.
- 6When it’s ready, download the ZIP from the notification and upload it above.
Preparing the file can take from a few minutes to a few hours. The download link stays valid for a few days.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to give my password?
No. Avoid “unfollower” apps that ask for your password; they can take over your account. This tool only reads the file Instagram gives you, in your browser.
Is my file uploaded to a server?
No. The file is processed entirely in your browser and sent nowhere. It even works offline.
How do I see the follow requests I sent?
Your pending requests are in the same export. They appear under “Follow requests” and you can open each profile to cancel the request.
