These Terms of Service govern the relationship between OrcaSMM ("the Site", "we"), operating at https://orcasmm.com, and the person using the Site ("the User", "you"). By creating an account or buying a service you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.

OrcaSMM is an online platform offering digital social media promotion services such as followers, likes, views and comments for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram and similar platforms. Services are delivered electronically and start automatically after an order is placed; no physical goods are shipped.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information to open an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password and API key secure. Everything done through your account is considered done by you.
  • One person may not use multiple accounts to claim free trials or promotions.
  • Accounts used in breach of these terms may be suspended or closed.

4. Balance and payments

  • Services are paid for with balance you add to your account in advance. Balance is held in US dollars (USD); amounts shown in other currencies are for information only.
  • The minimum deposit is 1 USD. Payments are collected through payment providers such as Shopier and crypto payment gateways; your card details never reach us.
  • Balance cannot be withdrawn as cash, transferred to another account, or earn interest.
  • Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

5. Orders

  • You are responsible for making sure the link you order for (profile, post, channel) is correct and public. Orders that cannot be delivered because an account is private, or a link was deleted or changed, are not refunded.
  • Do not place a new order for the same link before the previous one is complete; counts may overlap and any shortfall caused by this is not compensated.
  • Start and completion times in service descriptions are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Platforms run their own checks, so counts may drop over time. Refills are provided only for services whose description includes a refill guarantee, and only within the stated period.
  • Prices may change without notice; changes do not affect orders already placed.

6. Your responsibilities

  • Use the services only for accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
  • Do not use the services to promote illegal content, for fraud or harassment, or in any way that infringes the rights of others.
  • You are responsible for complying with the terms of each social media platform. OrcaSMM is not liable for restrictions a platform may apply to your account.

7. API

Your API key is secret and has the same rights as your account. Abusive or excessive requests may be blocked and the account closed.

8. Limitation of liability

The services are provided "as is". OrcaSMM is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or decisions made by third-party platforms. In any case our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

9. Personal data

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page; continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
